Post natal mommy and baby Pilates May 14-June 18 (6 weeks) Tuesdays 10:30-11:30
This post-natal session for mom and baby is designed to re-awaken and strengthen the core after pregnancy. We will focus on specific muscles and areas of the body most commonly affected due to the physical changes that occur during pregnancy. This class is appropriate for women 6 weeks post pregnancy that have been cleared by their doctor for exercise. Please bring your own yoga mat and blanket or mat for baby, there are limited mats available if needed.
$75 + HST for the 6-week session (total: 86.25)
